1/4 cup olive oil, (plus 1 tablespoon for sautéing the onion) |
1 medium yellow onion, sliced into slivers or half-moons |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
3 cups vegetable stock |
1/4 cup nutritional yeast |
1/4 cup Tamari or Soy Sauce |
2 teaspoons chopped dried parsley |
