Grilled Lamb Chops

Serves 6 | 


1 teaspoons fresh thyme
Sea salt, to taste
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/8 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
6 lamb chops


  1. Combine thyme, sea salt, garlic, cayenne pepper and rosemary in a blender. Pulse until well combined. Add olive oil and pulse until mixture forms a paste.
  2. Rub paste over lamb chops, covering evenly on both sides. Place lamb chops in a resealable bag, place in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Heat a grill pan to high heat. Once hot, add lamb chops and cook for 2 minutes. Flip lamb chops and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
