Lemon Dill Coho Salmon

Serves 4 | 

Ingredients:

4 (4 to 6 ounce) Coho salmon fillets
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Dill weed leaf, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler. Grease a broiler rack then place salmon fillets on rack.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together lemon juice, dill weed, butter, salt and pepper. Baste salmon fillets then place under broiler, 4 inches from heat source.
  3. Broil for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness (do not turn fillets, and baste frequently). Salmon is done when fillets flake with a fork. Garnish with dill weed leaf.
