Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Take your taste buds to the Mediterranean with this simple, satisfying pasta salad.

Ingredients:

2 cups spiral pasta, (cooked)
1 can ripe olives, (pitted, drained and chopped)
4 plum tomatoes, (rinsed, dried and chopped)
2 tablespoons capers, (drained)
4 tablespoons Greek vinaigrette
1 clove garlic, (peeled and minced)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, (minced)
1/2 cup feta cheese, (crumbled)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine pasta, olives, tomatoes and capers.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinaigrette, garlic and parsley; drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve immediately.
