1 cup non-dairy milk, (vanilla, regular, or unsweetened)
Suggested Toppings:
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
1 pint blackberries
1/2 pound fresh green grapes, halved
1/2 pound fresh red grapes, halved
1 mango, peeled and cut into 2” matchsticks
1/2 pineapple, cut into 2” matchsticks
2 banana, sliced
3 kiwis, sliced
2 cups granola
1 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds, (optional)
Agave syrup for drizzling
Directions:
Wash, prepare, and arrange the fruit on serving platters.
Place the granola, shredded coconut, and optional chia seeds in small serving bowls. Provide agave syrup in a dispenser for drizzling.
Chill a glass serving bowl for the acai in the freezer.
Place have the frozen acai, frozen fruit, and non dairy milk in the jar of a blender. Blend on high until smooth then transfer to the chilled serving bowl. Process the remaining acai, frozen fruit, and non-dairy milk then add it to the first batch in the chilled bowl.
Provide serving utensils and chilled bowls for guests to build their own acai bowls. Makes 6-8 servings.

Acai Bowl Breakfast Buffet
Ingredients:

1 (4 ounce) package unsweetened frozen Acai
1 cup frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 cup frozen blueberries or blackberries
