Cajun-style Pan Fried Shrimp

Serves 8

A simply scrumptious seafood dish.

Ingredients:

1 lb. shrimp or prawns, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
1 package cooked rice, 8.5 oz.

Directions:

  1. Generously coat shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Once the skillet is hot, add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, until shrimp turns pink. Stir frequently.
  4. Serve over cooked rice and enjoy.
Course: Side, appetizer
