Crispy Fried Pork Tenders

Serves 8
Move over chicken tenders!
Ingredients:
2 boneless center cut pork chops |
1 egg |
1 cup whole milk |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
2 teaspoons kosher salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper |
2 cups flour |
Cooking oil, for frying |
Dipping sauce, your preference |
Directions:
- Pour a generous amount of oil into a large pan. Bring skillet to medium-high heat.
- Whisk together the egg and milk in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, combine paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper and flour. Set both bowls aside.
- Cut pork chops lengthwise into thick strips.
- Dip pork tenders into the flour mix, then milk-egg mix and back into the flour mix.
- Place pork tenders in the hot oil and let cook for 3-5 minutes, until outside is crispy.
- Transfer fried pork tenders to a paper towel lined plate.
- Serve pork tenders with dipping sauce and enjoy!
