Sweet and Tangy Top Round Steak

Ingredients:
2 beef top round steaks
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl.
Place steaks in a resealable bag. Pour brown sugar mixture into the bag. Close bag securely, turn to coat steaks and place in the refrigerator for 8 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade. Discard the marinade.
Heat a grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the steaks on a grill pan and cook for 8-10 minutes for medium rare.
Transfer steaks to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
