Banana and Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups rolled oats |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1 cup honey |
6 bananas |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1 cup vegetable oil |
2 cups blueberries |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Grease two muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Combine together flour, rolled oats, baking soda, salt and ground nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine honey, bananas, vanilla extract and vegetable oil.
- Add banana mixture to flour mixture and stir together until clumpy.
- Fold blueberries into the batter.
- Pour batter into muffin tins.
- Place muffin tins into the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
