Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Serves 6
A cheesy addition to your meal.
Ingredients:
2 lb russet potatoes, scrubbed and quartered |
Water, for boiling |
3 cloves garlic, crushed |
1/3 cup milk |
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
- Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Drain water and transfer to a mixing bowl. Mash potatoes until smooth. Add milk, cheese, salt and garlic, beat until light and fluffy.
