Chipotle Chick’n Sandwich

1 9 oz. package Gardein Seven Grain Crispy Tenders
1 7 oz. package Chao Creamy Original Cheese Slices
1 2 oz. JUST Mayo Chipotle Vegan Mayonaise
1 package hamburger buns, (egg-free dairy-free)
Green leaf lettuce
Tomatoes, sliced
Purple onion, sliced
Avocado, sliced
Freshly ground salt and black pepper
32 oz. Ore Ida Fren French Fries
Fruit Garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment and place the frozen tenders and fries on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes then remove from the oven to turn the tenders and stir the fries. Return to the oven to bake an additional 10 minutes until they begin to crisp and brown lightly.
  2. Prepare the lettuce, tomato, onion and avocado. Heat a large skillet or flat grill to medium high, split the hamburger buns and toast the insides until they are lightly golden brown. Transfer the buns to a plate, spread the chipotle mayo on each half. Transfer 3 of the hot baked chicken strips onto the bottom half of each bun. Top with a slice of cheese then the avocado, lettuce, tomato, and onion, add freshly ground salt and pepper to taste. Serve with an additional side of chipotle mayo, fries, and a fresh fruit garnish.
