Layer sliced bananas in the bottom of a bowl, sprinkle with granola.
Blend the frozen banana, berries, acai powder and optional energy boosters with the apple juice and blend until smooth. Spoon the acai blend into to the bowl and then layer it with additional granola and sliced fruit until the bowl is full. Top it with your choice of dried fruit, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and a drizzle of agave syrup.
