Sunfood Superfoods Acai Bowl

Ingredients:

Acai Blend:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 heaping tablespoon Sunfood Superfoods Acai Powder
1/4 cup Evolution Fresh Apple Juice
1 tablespoon Sunfood Superfoods Maca Powder, optional energy booster
Suggested Toppings:
Granola
Fresh cut fruit (choose any); banana, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, mango, melon,peaches
Shredded Coconut
Agave Syrup
Sunfoods Superfoods Berry Adventure Mix
Sunfoods Superfoods Gogi Berries
Sunfoods Superfoods Golden Berries
Sunfoods Superfoods Cocoa Nibs
Sunfoods Superfoods Chia Seeds

Directions:

  1. Layer sliced bananas in the bottom of a bowl, sprinkle with granola.
  2. Blend the frozen banana, berries, acai powder and optional energy boosters with the apple juice and blend until smooth. Spoon the acai blend into to the bowl and then layer it with additional granola and sliced fruit until the bowl is full. Top it with your choice of dried fruit, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and a drizzle of agave syrup.
