Cross Rib Steak with Herbs

Serves 2

A tasty dinner that's very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

2 cross rib steaks, 8 oz. each
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons salad oil
1 can mushroom soup, 10 oz.
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
3 cups white rice, cooked

Directions:

  1. Dip steaks into flour. Brown meat on both sides in hot oil in heavy skillet.
  2. Add mushroom soup, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. When serving, sprinkle dill and chives on top. Serve over rice.
Course: Dinner
