Cross Rib Steak with Herbs

Ingredients:
2 cross rib steaks, 8 oz. each |
1 tablespoon flour |
2 teaspoons salad oil |
1 can mushroom soup, 10 oz. |
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped |
1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped |
3 cups white rice, cooked |
Directions:
- Dip steaks into flour. Brown meat on both sides in hot oil in heavy skillet.
- Add mushroom soup, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- When serving, sprinkle dill and chives on top. Serve over rice.
