Mango, Papaya and Black Bean Salsa 1 cup mango, peeled and diced |
1 cup papaya, diced |
1 12-oz can black beans |
1/4 cup white onion, diced |
1/4 cup red onion, diced |
2 tbsp Hungarian yellow chile, seeded and minced |
2 tbsp cilantro, minced |
1 tsp garlic, minced |
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil |
2 tbsp lime juice |
- Combine all salsa ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes.
