Mango, Papaya and Black Bean Salsa
1 cup mango, peeled and diced
1 cup papaya, diced
1 12-oz can black beans
1/4 cup white onion, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 tbsp Hungarian yellow chile, seeded and minced
2 tbsp cilantro, minced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
  1. Combine all salsa ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes.
