Pan-Fried Pork Chops

Serves 6

A simple recipe that delivers huge flavor and texture.

Ingredients:

6 bone-in pork chops
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoon cooking oil

Directions:

  1. Place pork chops in a large resealable bag. Add all ingredients except cooking oil, seal shut and coat pork chops evenly. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Drain and discard marinade.
  3. Pour oil in large pan and bring to medium heat. Once hot, place pork chops in pan. Cook 4-6 minutes per side.
  4. Once evenly cooked, turn heat off, place lid on top and let the pork chops simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Course: Dinner
