Skillet Cooked Potatoes

Ingredients:
3 russet potatoes, diced |
2 teaspoons rosemary |
1 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed |
Salt, to taste |
Pepper |
2 tablespoons butter |
3/4 cup diced yellow onion |
2 cups chicken broth |
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, mix potatoes with rosemary, basil and mustard seed.
- Heat skillet to medium heat. Once hot, melt butter.
- Add onions and cook until almost tender.
- Add potatoes and brown.
- Add 1 cup chicken broth and simmer for 15-20 minutes stirring often. (Add more broth if needed)
