Grilled Swordfish with Basil, Lemon and Mint

Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 6 oz. each swordfish steaks |
3 tablespoons fresh chopped mint |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil |
1 clove garlic |
1/2 cup olive oil |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Bring grill to medium heat.
- Combine mint, lemon juice, basil, garlic and olive oil in a small mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to desired taste.
- Brush a small amount of seasoning mixture on both sides of the swordfish steaks. Place on grill and cook for 4 minutes per side.
- Transfer swordfish steaks to serving plates. Spoon remaining seasoning mixture over swordfish steaks. Enjoy!
