Grilled Peaches Topped with Cinnamon Sugar Butter

Serves 8


Ingredients:

4 ripe peaches, pitted and halved
2 tablespoons sugar
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Canola oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. Place butter in a mixing bowl. Stir butter until smooth. Add salt, cinnamon sugar and sugar to bowl. Stir together until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Brush canola oil over cut side of peaches. Place peaches cut side down. Cook until golden brown.
  4. Remove peaches from grill. Brush small amount of cinnamon sugar butter over peaches and enjoy.
