Ingredients:
1 rack pork ribs, 3-5 lb.
3 cups apple juice, more for thinning glaze
1 cup light brown sugar
3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
Chopped green onions, for garnish, optional
Directions:
Over a large glass baking dish, season both sides of the rack of pork ribs with Creole seasoning and salt. Lay ribs down, pour apple juice over ribs and cover top of baking dish with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator and let marinate for 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Remove ribs from baking dish, discard marinade. Sprinkle brown sugar over meaty side of the ribs. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil. Place ribs on a rimmed baking sheet, then into the oven. Cook for 2-3 hours. (Ribs should be tender) Carefully remove ribs from foil. Set aside to cool.
Transfer juices from aluminum foil to a small pot. Bring to a simmer, remove fat that rises. Bring pot to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes. (Juices should become syrupy) Remove from heat and set aside. (Add apple juice if glaze is too thick)
Heat grill to medium. Once hot, place ribs meaty side down and cook for 6-8 minutes. (Turn ribs every to minutes to evenly cook) Remove ribs from grill and transfer to serving platter. Drizzle glaze over ribs, garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!
