Simply Grilled Salmon

Serves 4

Superb taste with only a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

2 lbs salmon fillets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt, (to taste)
Pepper, (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to high.
  2. Brush 1 tablespoon of oil on grill grates to prevent salmon from sticking.
  3. Baste salmon with remaining oil then salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook salmon for 3 minutes. Flip and squeeze lemon juice on salmon. Cook additional 3 minutes.
Course: Salad
