Simply Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:
2 lbs salmon fillets |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Salt, (to taste) |
Pepper, (to taste) |
Directions:
- Preheat grill to high.
- Brush 1 tablespoon of oil on grill grates to prevent salmon from sticking.
- Baste salmon with remaining oil then salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook salmon for 3 minutes. Flip and squeeze lemon juice on salmon. Cook additional 3 minutes.
