Easy Grilled Pork Chops

Serves 8


Ingredients:

8 3 oz. 1/2 inch bone-in pork chops
1/4 cup honey
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:

  1. Create marinade by combining red pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, cumin and honey in a small bowl. Stir together well.
  2. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper. Place pork chops in a resealable bag. Pour marinade into bag and coat pork chops evenly. Let sit for 1 hour.
  3. Bring grill to medium heat. Remove pork chops from bag and lightly season with more salt and pepper. Once grill is hot, place pork chops on grill and cook for 4 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
