Once well combined, whisk in olive oil to create dressing. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss together. Slice tuna steaks into thin strips and arrange on top of salad.

Seared Ahi Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
2 1-inch thick tuna steaks
5 oz. baby salad greens, washed
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 European cucumber, sliced thin
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Salt, to taste
Cooking spray, for grill pan
4 teaspoons five spice powder
4 radishes, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon wasabi paste
