Crockpot Chicken Leg Quarters

Serves 4

A classic recipe with a nice kick of spices and flavor.

Ingredients:

Crushed red pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 chicken leg quarters
1 teaspoon hot sauce, your preference
Dill weed, to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Garlic salt, to taste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Cilantro, to taste
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Chives, to taste

Directions:

  1. Place chicken leg quarters in a crockpot. Add crushed red pepper, paprika, hot sauce, dill weed, cinnamon, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, ginger and chives. Place lid on crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours. Reduce heat to low and cook for 3 hours.
  2. Enjoy immediately or chill to enjoy later.
