Mango Pico De Gallo

Serves 8

A sweeter take on the classic dip.

Ingredients:

3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 mango, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, chopped
1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and salt in a large bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Remove from the refrigerator, serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
