Mango Pico De Gallo

Ingredients:
3 tomatoes, seeded and diced |
1 mango, diced |
1/2 red onion, diced |
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1/4 tsp salt |
Tortilla chips, for serving |
Directions:
- Combine tomatoes, mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and salt in a large bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator, serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
