Bacon Barbecue Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients:
8 skewers |
Kosher salt, (to taste) |
1 red pepper, (chopped) |
Barbecue sauce, (your preference) |
1 lb chicken breasts, (cut into chunks) |
Ground black pepper, (to taste) |
1/2 lb thick cut bacon, (cut into quarters) |
1 onion, (your preference, chopped) |
Directions:
- Heat grill to medium.
- Alternate chicken, bacon and vegetables on skewers.
- Season with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce.
- Cook kabobs for 10-15 minutes.
