Broguiere’s Eggnog Pie
Serves 8
Ingredients:
2 cups Broguiere’s eggnog
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp rum extract
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Whipped cream
