Grilled Chinese Marinated Sea Bass

Ingredients:
4 8 oz. Sea Bass fillets |
3 tablespoons ginger root, finely chopped |
6 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped |
3 tablespoons light sodium soy sauce |
2 tablespoons rice wine or dry sherry |
1 tablespoons sesame oil |
Directions:
- Place sea bass on platter.
- Puree ginger, onion, soy sauce, rice wine and Sesame oil in a blender or food processor. Spread evenly over the fish.
- Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator.
- Grill 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
