Pan-Grilled Halibut with Basil, Cilantro and Lemon Juice

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon shallots, (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon basil, (fresh, chopped)
1 1/2 tablespoons cilantro, (fresh, chopped)
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 halibut fillets
Cooking spray
Directions:
Place shallots, basil, cilantro, olive oil and lemon juice in a medium bowl; whisk in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper; set aside.
Coat a grill pan with cooking spray then set over medium-high heat. While pan heats, sprinkle remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper over fish. Place fish on grill pan and cook 4 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness is reached. Serve with sauce.
