Garlic-Cheddar Biscuits
Serves 12
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, (melted)
2 cups biscuit mix
1/4 teaspoon parsley, (dried)
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, (shredded)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2/3 cup milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Combine cheese, biscuit mix and milk in a mixing bowl. Beat mixture until it forms soft dough.
Scoop out a spoonful of dough, place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Place cookie sheet in oven, bake 8-10 minutes.
As the biscuits are baking, melt the butter in a bowl, and add parsley and garlic powder, stir together well.
Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the biscuits.
