Pork Hocks & Sauerkraut

Serves 6

Slow cooked and incredibly tasty!

Ingredients:

6 pork hocks
3 cups sauerkraut
1 cup sauerkraut juice and water
2 onions
celery seed

Directions:

  1. Place pork hocks in 2 to 3 quart casserole dish. Cover with sauerkraut.
  2. Add juice and water. Put sliced onions on top and sprinkle with celery seed.
  3. Cover dish tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with sharp mustard and horseradish.
Course: Dinner
