Combine the strawberries, lemon juice, cornstarch, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to medium heat and cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and set aside.
Stir together the lemon juice and powdered sugar in a small bowl.

Strawberry Cheesecake Rolls
Serves 8
Ingredients:
1 tube crescent roll dough, 8 oz.
4 oz whipped cream cheese
1 tablespoon butter, melted
For the Strawberry Sauce:
2 cups chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
For the Glaze:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
