In two separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the baking caramels and chocolate chips.
Sprinkle the crushed pretzels and walnuts over the melted chocolate, then add the diced apples. Drizzle the melted caramel over the pretzels, walnuts, and apples. Then drizzle the melted chocolate chips over everything.
Place the pan in the refrigerator. Chill for 1-2 hours, until the chocolate is completely set.

Caramel Apple Bark

1 cup water

3 dark chocolate bars, chopped, 4 oz. each
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup crushed pretzels
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
