Avocado Turkey Sandwich with Spicy Sriracha Aioli

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 slices bread, your preference
1/2 avocado, sliced
4 slices deli turkey
Arugula, for garnish, optional
Sprouts, for garnish, optional
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
Combine Sriracha sauce, lime juice and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Stir together well.
Spread the Sriracha aioli one side of both slices of bread.
Lay avocado slices, deli turkey, arugula and sprouts on top of one slice of bread.
Place the second slice of bread, aioli side down to complete the sandwich.
Pour olive oil into a pan and bring to medium heat. Once the oil is hot, place the sandwich into the pan and sear both sides of the sandwich until lightly browned.
Transfer sandwich to a plate, cut in half and enjoy!
