Transfer meatloaf to a medium loaf pan. Press meatloaf into the edges of the pan. Place loaf pan in the oven and bake for 60-75 minutes.

Greek-Style Meatloaf
Serves 6
Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread, crust removed
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/3 cup olive tapenade
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350° F.
