We are very proud of our newest acquisition. This Pinot Noir has lush notes of plum, dried cherries and blackberry that mingle with a rich backdrop of earth, minerals, flowers and spice. A big, bold and smooth wine that pairs perfectly with this dish. It also pairs great with bold red meat dishes, grilled veggies and everything in between.

This is a unique dryhopped sweet tart sour mash ale. They soured the wart on the hot side with lactobacillus for a few days and then brewed up this smooth and hoppy sour. It tastes like a big bowl of fruity candy or some chewable flavored vitamins, but what’s the difference? It’s sweet, tart, and sassy, just like the tasty cherry pie that your favorite aunt makes.
