This beer sports signature dark malts, holy water, and malt smoked locally with hickory and ash. With a very appealing caramel head, aroma of chocolate bars, coffee, earthiness, and smoke, the flavor goes on forever. Sweet chocolate meshes wonderfully with the dark roasted malts. Very nicely done.

We have the perfect wine for this recipe from Washington state. The Velvet Devil Merlot from Charles Smith is smooth, balanced and fairly oakey with flavors black cherries and currents along with spicy notes of cinnamon and Christmas spice. A very nice wine for under $11.
