After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors, but still packs a bit of a sting.

When it comes to lobster, there’s nothing better than a fat, buttery, toasty and smooth Chardonnay – this one fits the bill perfectly. Born and raised in the Russian River of Sonoma County, it has an elegant expression and is balanced to perfection with hints of baked apples, caramel and butterscotch wrapped in a thin layer of butter on the finish. A must try!
