Pinot Grigio is a lighter style white wine that is fruit driven but not sticky sweet. It goes great with all types of grilled fish and has plenty of acid and structure. It’s one of the fastest growing varietals and if the label isn’t a big enough hint, the main fruit character is pears and more pears. It’s the perfect wine for this dish. Enjoy very cold!
