Clean Slate 2011 Riesling
Nothing partners up better with Brats and German potato salad than the perfect riesling from the Mosel region in Germany. Just like the label says, clean and minerally with hints of honeysuckle and citrus notes. It drinks very much in the “dry style” not sweet and flexes some hidden muscle to stand up to the challenge of this meal. Serve very cold!
